Mindful in the Middle

Join us for an six week series for middle school students to build resilience, focus, and emotional balance using evidence-based strategies from cognitive science.

Join Kim Palombo, Ph.D, Kristin Pillay, LICSW, and our therapy dog, Pru*, for a six week middle school group that focuses on building resilience, focus, executive functioning, and mindfulness using evidence–based strategies from neuroscience.

Through peer connection, hands-on activities, and reflection, learn practical tools to:

  • navigate stress,

  • manage social and academic pressure, and

  • stay grounded.
