Throw Out the Script:

Improv for ADHD and Anxiety

A six week group with Jake Frelick of District Kids focused on using improvisation and theater techniques to support 12-15 year olds in managing anxiety and ADHD.

Jake brings over 15 years of experience in schools and community-based non-profits that partner closely with schools in Baltimore, Chicago, and Washington DC. In 2014, he received his Master's degree in Social Work from The University of Chicago.
