Gear for Growth donates a portion of its proceeds to support the work of Strength in Numbers DC, an educational non profit organization dedicated to providing no cost, equity focused math tutoring for students in Washington, DC. Strength in Numbers partners with DCPS to address a critical equity gap for students and uses project based learning around the math of climate change as a primary vehicle to build math concepts and fluency.
